Shipping policy
Due to items being print-on-demand, orders will take 1-2 weeks to process and ship. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For large orders (any amount over 10) please contact KOFO LLC directly at kfornah@kofollc.co to place your order.
When will I receive my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from KOFO that will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at kfornah@kofollc.co with your name and order number.
My order says delivered but I have not received it yet, what should I do?
USPS is responsible for the delivery of packages. In the event that your are unable to locate the package posted "in-transit" or "delivered" we recommend contacting the carrier.
Shipping Address Issues
KOFO WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct information before submitting their order. If the shipping information provided is incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make changes. So please verify your information before submitting your order.
